Refund policy

KIRIBAN is not selling anything yet. There is no checkout on this site, no payment is taken and no order can be placed, so there is nothing to return or refund at this time.

A full return, refund and cancellation policy will be published on this page before our first project window opens, and before any payment can be made. It will set out, at minimum:

• the period in which you may cancel or return an order, and how to do it;
• which items are returnable and which are not, and why;
• who pays return shipping and any duties;
• how and when a refund is paid back to you;
• what happens if an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described;
• your statutory rights in your own country, which this policy will never reduce.

Because our projects are made in finite, numbered editions, some terms will differ from an ordinary shop. We will publish those terms in full, in plain language, before you are ever asked to pay — not afterwards.
