Card 01 · The Encounter
Virtual talents, from VTubers and virtual singers to virtual idols, have fans all over the world. So do the IPs, characters and brands many of us grew up with. We pair a virtual talent with an IP and invite illustrators from around the world to design the collaboration.
Most of these pairings would never happen on their own. That is what makes each one worth keeping.
Card 02 · The Craft
Every drop is built around one hero collectible. The material changes from drop to drop, but every piece is designed around the story of its collaboration, so it means something to the fans who know that story. Each one is a limited edition with its own serial number, and comes with a certificate.
Around it sits the merch, all officially licensed, and it goes well beyond standard merch. Our apparel is made like a proper clothing label, with durable fabrics and better finishes. Our home goods are designed to be used every day, not just displayed. Even the smallest fan goods, down to a single card, get the same care in design.
Card 03 · The Window
Every drop is open for a set period, and we announce the start and end dates on day one. The hero collectible is a limited edition: each piece has its own serial number, and once they have all found owners, it is sold out. The merch can be ordered until the drop ends.
When the drop ends, that collaboration is complete and it will not be produced again. That is what makes every piece from it a true collector's item.
Card 04 · The Surprise
Join and you get your own member number, and it stays yours. For each project we pick special numbers, milestone numbers or ones that mean something to that collaboration, and the members holding them receive a surprise from us.
Members also hear about every drop first, order before anyone else, enter our draws, and in some projects even help make the big decisions, from the virtual talent we work with to the design of the product itself.
We reveal the new collaboration together with the virtual talent and the IP you love. You’ll see the hero collectible and the full merch line-up, how many numbered pieces will be made, and the dates the drop opens and ends.
Members get early access: a head start to order the limited edition before anyone else, while every serial number is still available.
The public launch. Anyone can order. The hero collectible is available until every numbered piece has found its owner, and the merch can be ordered right up to the closing date.
The drop ends on the announced date and the collaboration becomes part of KIRIBAN history. It won’t be made again, so everything from it stays truly limited.
Now the making begins. We produce every order with our makers, and each hero collectible is finished, checked one by one and given its own serial number.
Your order arrives at your door. Every hero collectible comes with its certificate, ready to take its place in your collection.

The first window
Project 001 is in preparation, and we're aiming to open it in Q1 2027. Once everything is confirmed, the talent, the workshop and the edition size will be announced together on announcement day. Stay tuned.
