These terms govern your use of kiribanworks.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by KIRIBAN WORKS LIMITED ("KIRIBAN", "we", "us"), a company registered in Hong Kong. You can reach us at kirino.banri@kiribanworks.com.

2. What this site is today

This site describes KIRIBAN and how our projects are intended to work. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no product is currently available to buy. There is no checkout, no payment is taken, and no order can be placed.

Everything shown as a product — including the porcelain set, the boxed presentation, the collection pieces, the membership card and any number shown on them — is illustrative of a planned product and is presented for demonstration only. Final products may differ in design, materials, specification, edition size and price, or may not be produced at all.

The on-page window demonstration, its counter and its timer are an illustration of a mechanism. They do not issue a number, do not reserve anything, and create no entitlement of any kind.

3. Dates and plans

Any date, timeline or countdown shown on this site — including any indicated date for a first project — is a current plan and not a promise. Plans depend on matters outside our control, including agreements with rights holders and workshops. We may change or withdraw them at any time without notice, and we accept no liability for having done so.

4. The mailing list

You may subscribe to receive project announcements and window notices. Subscribing is free, creates no membership, reserves no number and confers no priority or purchase right. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. How we handle your email address is set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Membership

Member registration is not open. Any description of membership, member numbers or member benefits on this site describes what we intend to offer, and the terms of membership will be published when registration opens. Nothing on this site grants membership or a member number.

6. Intellectual property

The site and its contents — including the KIRIBAN name and logo, text, layout, design, graphics, illustrations and code — belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute or use any part of it commercially without our written permission.

Any third-party name, character, logo or work that may appear on this site remains the property of its owner and is used only where we are permitted to do so. Nothing on this site should be read as claiming rights in, or a concluded agreement with, any third party.

7. How you may use the site

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it, not to interfere with its operation or security, not to scrape or harvest data from it by automated means without our permission, and not to submit anyone else's personal information without their consent.

8. Links to other sites

The site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.

9. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We take reasonable care over its content, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as the site changes — in particular when membership opens and when sales begin. The current version is always the one published here, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
